Just little taste of the imagery we produced for Outstanding in the Field at Temecula Olive Oil Ranch with Chef Travis Swikard.

When stewards of the sea & land express mother nature's bounty in harmony, well magic happens. Food becomes more then calories on a plate when people gather in unity. Then food becomes a cultural panacea. People, place, and the raw potential of terra unite and heal us. Perhaps that's what I love most of about Outstanding in the Field , what the experience can insight in others through a singular meal.

Pass the Knowledge Down

I embarked on teaching workshops to be of service in another form. I could do a million shoots with clients but I felt like it was time for change.

At first I thought…

Do I know enough to teach? Yes ten years of experience in the books.

Will this content be helpful? Feed back so far says YES.

After two workshops down. I was astonished how fast people grasped what I was teaching. The many questions that arose that I did not foresee but knew the answers too. And how great it felt to provide people with clarity within a craft that is very niche.

Long story short, if you have a passion that has turned into profession. Look for opportunities to pass your knowledge down. I have always loved being of services to others. Looking forward to many more workshops.
